I can't say I have much wisdom to share. Right now I'm watching the apprentice and wondering how people become so arrogant.
Although not to blow my own trumpet but I have just made a beautiful milkshake. My advice for the day would be get some vanilla ice cream, milk and some malteasers and pop them in a blender and you will have yourself a delicious milkshake.
